1Acceptance of Terms

3User Account
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at syok777. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the permanent freezing or closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
- Information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank or e-wallet details.
- Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
- syok777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Users must notify Syok777 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account.
- Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts reach a certain threshold.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
Syok777 accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and several other e-wallet methods listed in the platform's Deposit section.
- All deposits are credited to your syok777 account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawals are processed within 3 to 15 minutes of submission, subject to completion of the KYC process.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Syok777 does not permit withdrawals to third parties.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the Finance section of the platform and may change from time to time without prior notice.
- syok777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete if any activity requires further review.
